01 Khasvuu Co.ltd was established in 1989 and it’s basic activities of are import, installation and maintenance of equipment, materials and spare parts for power plants, district heating, water and sewage distribution networks all over Mongolia.
02 The “Darkhan-Selenge Electricity Distribution Network” JSC was established firstly in 1965 as a North Mongolian regions electricity distribution system and reformed as “Darkhan -Selenge Region Electric Distribution Network” State Shareholding Company on state resolution No.164 of 09th July 2001. In November, 2003, “Khasvuu” Group has won the Tender for sale 100 % of shares of the Company under the Program for Privatizing State Properties of Mongolia and now has been owned total Company.
03 Energotur Co., LTD was established in march 1999 as Mongolian and Russian Joint Venture Company, with 51% ownership of Khasvuu and 49% ownership of Usolje-Sibirsk Co., LTD. Main activities are rehabilitation, repair and calibration of power plant equipment, production of auxiliary equipment and construction.
04 The Erchim Corporation is a member of the council of the Mongolian Chamber of Commerce & Industry and the founder of the Society of Mongolian Welders. It was established to provide repair and maintenance works for all Power Plants in Mongolia and after privatization in the 2000 became member of Khasvuu Group.
05 T&H Trade was established in 1995, its main activity is retailing of foreign and domestic products and provides different kind of services from repair shops to mortgage loans. It is placed on right side of Wrestling Palace in Ulaanbaatar and provides 220 people with working place.
